A new survey has been conducted by AGE Surveying/Engineering. At closing, BUYER(S) shall pay $65.00 per surveyed acre for their portion of the farm purchase. The survey is for boundary corners only.

A 10% Non-Refundable Down Payment will be collected from the Buyer(s) at the time of Contract Signing. The Balance is due within 45 Days Post Auction.
