This is a Multi-Par Auction.

Each Tract shall be auctioned individually first, then in any combination thereof. Any combination of tracts can be created.

Online combinations will be available once the live sale ring is open (June 22).

All Participants shall have the right to defend their bid or place a new one at any point throughout the Auction.

A 10% Buyer's Premium shall be added to each High Bid to determine the Final Purchase Price.

A 10% Down Payment is due at the completion of the Auction.

Closing shall take place on or before 45 days post Auction.
